Ticket Policy:
This ticket is a revocable license and only grants entry into the venue and a spectator seat for the specified CMU Event. Admission may be refused or ticket holder ejected in the sole discretion of Colorado Mesa University, subject to refund. CMU may refuse admission to or eject any ticket holder without refund if the ticket holder is disorderly or fails to comply with these ticket terms or any security measures including, but not limited to, CMU Code of Conduct announced prior. CMU reserves the right to revoke the ticket license and, if applicable, season ticket subscriptions rights of any individual that violates the Code. Ticket holder assumes all risks and dangers incident to the game or related events, whether occurring prior to, during or after the game, including the risk of lost, stolen or damaged property or personal injury.
Ticket holder agrees that Colorado Mesa, its employees, agents and student-athletes are not liable for injuries or other damage that may result from such risks and dangers.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All sales are final. Ticket cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed. Ticket not redeemable for cash.
