TICKET PURCHASE AND VENUE USE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. BY CLICKING THE "I AGREE" BUTTON AND COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE, YOU ARE ENTERING INTO A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT WITH COLORADO MESA UNIVERSITY.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the purchase and use of tickets ("Tickets") for theatrical, dance, and performing arts events ("Events") hosted at Colorado Mesa University ("CMU") venues, including but not limited to the Robinson Theatre and the Mesa Experimental Theatre. By purchasing or holding a Ticket to an Event, the purchaser and/or holder of the Ticket ("Holder") agrees to be bound by all terms outlined below.

1. ALL SALES FINAL AND REVOCABLE LICENSE a. No Refunds or Exchanges: All Ticket sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations except in the specific instance of an Event cancellation by CMU that is not rescheduled. Purchaser assumes the risk of inclement weather, personal schedule changes, or dissatisfaction with the performance. b. Revocable License: The Ticket constitutes a limited, revocable license to occupy the specific seat (or general admission area) designated on the Ticket for the specified Event. CMU reserves the right to revoke this license, eject the Holder, and/or deny admission for any reason, including violation of these Terms, CMU policies, or disruptive behavior, without refund or compensation.

2. EVENT POLICIES AND ADMITTANCE a. Late Seating: Events begin promptly at the scheduled time. Latecomers will be seated at the sole discretion of house management at an appropriate break in the performance to minimize disruption to the artists and other patrons. Seat locations for latecomers are not guaranteed. b. Venue Policies: Holder agrees to comply with all venue rules regarding food, beverages, and smoking. Typically, food and non-bottled beverages are prohibited inside the theatre auditoriums. c. Children and Infants: All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the theatre. To ensure an enjoyable experience for all attendees, CMU recommends against bringing infants or very young children to full-length performances unless the event is specifically designated as family-friendly. Use of "cry rooms" (if available) is subject to house management discretion.

3. PATRON CODE OF CONDUCT CMU is committed to providing a respectful and enjoyable environment for artists and audiences alike. a. Electronic Devices: The use of cameras, video recording devices, audio recorders, and cellular phones (including texting or using screens that emit light) is strictly prohibited during the performance. Violators may be ejected and may have recording devices confiscated. b. Disruptive Behavior: Holders are prohibited from behaving in a manner that disrupts the performance or the enjoyment of others. This includes, but is not limited to, excessive talking, moving around the auditorium during the performance, intoxication, or using offensive language toward staff, performers, or other patrons.

4. PROGRAMMING AND CONTENT DISCLAIMER a. Content: Theatre performances may contain mature themes, strong language, adult situations, or other content that some patrons may find challenging. CMU does not offer refunds based on patron reaction to the content of a performance. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to review available show descriptions regarding content or age recommendations prior to purchase. b. Technical Effects: Performances may occasionally use haze, fog, strobe lights, loud noises, or other theatrical effects.

5. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the Event for which the Ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the performance. Holder agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Colorado Mesa University, its Board of Trustees, officers, employees, agents, and students from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their attendance at the Event.

6. IMAGE RELEASE Holder grants permission to CMU and its agents to utilize Holder’s image, likeness, or voice incidental to any live or recorded video display, photograph, or other transmission or reproduction of the Event for educational, archival, or promotional purposes without authorization or compensation.

7. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.

Pre-Reception Comp Ticket

This ticket is a revocable license and only grants entry into the venue and a spectator seat for the specified CMU Event. Admission may be refused or ticket holder ejected in the sole discretion of Colorado Mesa University, subject to refund. CMU may refuse admission to or eject any ticket holder without refund if the ticket holder is disorderly or fails to comply with these ticket terms or any security measures including, but not limited to, CMU Code of Conduct announced prior. CMU reserves the right to revoke the ticket license and, if applicable, season ticket subscriptions rights of any individual that violates the Code. Ticket holder assumes all risks and dangers incident to the game or related events, whether occurring prior to, during or after the game, including the risk of lost, stolen or damaged property or personal injury.

Ticket holder agrees that Colorado Mesa, its employees, agents and student-athletes are not liable for injuries or other damage that may result from such risks and dangers.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All sales are final. Ticket cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed. Ticket not redeemable for cash.
